| I'd definitely recommend getting one of Annabel Karmel's meal planner books. It's great for ideas and you don't have to follow the plans. It's also good for advice as to which things to introduce at what ages. x |

| Ive been weaning alfie for about 4 or 5 weeks now and hes on 3 meals a day. He cutting down on his milk himself and now only drinks 4 bottles of 7oz of milk a day. He usually get porridge with fruit mixed in for brekkie, a petit filous yoghurt for his dinner and half a jar of baby food for tea. Eventually im going to try cutting out his bottle at 4.30 and just offer him his tea and a desert and then give him a big 9oz bottle before bed.
