do you know what as crazy as it sounds i would love it you can get the council in to clear all the rubbish which will sort out all the rubbish and a bit of paint and new carpets / windows etc which at that price you could just take out the extra needed on the mortgage to cover it its all pretty much cosmetic i think

I've watched life of grime and that kim and aggies programme and I do wonder to myself how the hell can you live like that??? It would be a good project but you would have to get a survey done first though. I reckon once done up it would look really nice.

It says it is on the Lewes road so I'm assuming that is near Lewes (no offence if you live there) but Lewes is a dump, they have to pay me to live there I'm sure there are nice areas of Lewes but I've personally never seen any, but I've never really hung around there for long (gets a bit scary at night).

Lewes Road is a main road in Brighton, near Moulsecoomb which is a rough area.
Lewes the actual town is a really nice old town!

Would the council seriously come and clear it out though if its been bought privately and there is so much health and saftey/signing disclaimers to enter?
I could see them laughing in the persons face and telling them to jog on and clean it themselves!
