Tyler normally goes to bed between 7 and 7.15, we aim to have his dinner ready for 6 and then bath at about 6.45

The past few days though he is sooo tired by about 5 it's a struggle to keep him awake long enough for dinner and a bath (tonight he had dinner and no bath.. in bed by 6.30)

He's had a bit of a cold but he's been ill before and never been wanting to go to bed so early... he's also waking up a t 6.45 instead of 6 ish.

Im pretty sure he will be talking in the next few weeks could this mental development wear him out so much or do you think he's more ill than we think?

Usually developmental milestones tend to disrupt their sleep patterns ie; they don't sleep as well.
It could be a bit of a growth spurt, how's his eating? My LO has had this in the past but it never lasts long..a few day, week max.

How's he sleeping during the day?

I'd just go with it and see how he is in a week or so. It could just be that he's a bit under the weather and sleeps helping him recover.

hmmm he is all over the place with his sleeping tbh, hed just recently dropped his afternoon nap but he is having about 2 hours a day but ti could be as early as 9 or not until 2.

he was eating liking a piggy before he got this ear infection so did think maybe a growth spurt. Im loving the "lie in" though haha.
