Rhys is 11 weeks old and my mum is babysitting him at her house and has had him since lunch time so me and OH could go to watch the footie! My dilemma now is she has offered to have him overnight but I am not sure what to do! She has all he needs for an overnight stay as I have been undecided about this for over a week!! My big boys are at their dads this weekend too!

My choices are:
1- Pick him up tonight
2- Leave him overnight and have a lie in tomorrow am
3- Leave him overnight but take OH to work for 7am and then go to mums early (will still be able to have a kip there)

I just don't know what to do, but am sure you lovely ladies will assist me!!

Ohh..I am stuck between option 2 and 3! I'm leaning more towards 3 because knowing you..you will not be able to spend too long away from little dude. xxx

I struggled to let go of his car seat when we dropped him off!! Daft sod that I am! I know he's more than fine with my mum!

Both options 2 & 3 also come with a fry up!! If that helps any!!

Have to just add mum lives in a bedsit type place so only one room, but she does have a very comfy bed to snooze in! Even if I do have to get up and drive there at 6.30 am!

I think 3 is the best option as it means you won't be away from him too long will get a nite's sleep providing your oh doesn't have other ideas lol and you get to see the little guy early in the morning

OPTION 2 - no contest!!

You take option 3 you know you wont get any extra kip - you will be too busy fussing with the little fella when you obviously trust your mum enough to take him

Stop worrying yourself and have a lie in!!

(p.s. both of mine are at their nannas tonight and I will be having a lie in till at least lunch time tomorrow! )

I went for a lie in! Can you express a bit off if you feel too full? If you can get a bit of kip id take it! Even leave it til 1030 before going over, a small lie in will do you good

you could get an oz out maybe if you need to, drink plenty of water and it shouldnt dry up either chick

Have guzzled some vino, stuffed my face, commented on a random website about football and now going to have a bath and then go beddy byes!! Will hand express in the bath just to take the edge off!! He only as one or two feeds a day!
