oh my life I am feeling a very strong worded letter may be in order - a mention of upset and distress in there - they should be regularly felling tress etc. or not have them overhanging public areas?! Should be good for a voucher or two at least I would have thought! - dread, dread to think what would have happened if you were in a different spot. You and Amelia have a green-fingered / strong guardian angel looking out for you it seems! xx

We most certainly do Jaffle. It's mad how at the time you just deal with it but when you look back on it you realise what actually could have happened. It was definitely a dead branch as it had no leaves on it and it all shattered when it hit the ground so you're right, it should have been spotted. I may send them an email tomorrow when I've had chance to sleep on it. Ugh feel sick to my stomach

Laura if Dave had been with me I think I would have done, but I had her in her reins, no pram and needed to get back for her lunch so I think I just went onto auto pilot. I'm really cross about it now though
