sorry i know this is the wrong bit but im so stuck of what to do!! munch suffers so so badly with night terrors! its been a week now she has been waking up screaming and crying every night about 3 times!
we dont do anythin diff in the day to trigger them off is there anythin i can do to help her as gettin bit worried now xxx

Is Munch aware that she is doing it?

erm i duno to be honest she wakes up screamin for mummy or daddy and take 10 mins to calm down then goes bk to sleep

i remember reading somewhere that wont remember a night terror and they will grow out of it xx

char i sit at same times everynight ??
ashleigh used to have them and we where advised to wake her gently and giver her a hug to break the pattern.. which we did for 2 weeks and she was fine..ashleigh had them similar times everynight so we just used to wake her 10 mins before x

Ive also heard what emma said to wake them if its the same time everynight x
