Does anyone else suffer with this??

Supposedly 40-80% of us will at some point.....its that red bumps on the skin problem?? Usually on the top of your arms, thighs etc, but when its bad it can be anywhere except for palms & soles

Does anyone have any treatments that work. Since being pg I am suffering badly and its starting to bother me. I only ever had it at the top of my arms, but now its on forearms, legs, thighs, bum, back etc

Its just a stab in the dark really!!

ive had it for as long as i remember, it actually went when i was pregnant!! the cold irritates mine and it goes very itchy and certain materials can agrivate (sp) it! its mostly on tops of my arms and tops of my legs, i find that vasaline is the only thing that eases it, i was given a steroid cream about 4 years ago and it made it worse!

also washing my clothes in a sensitive detergant stops it from getting so irritated, sorry im not much help hope it eases for you as i know it can do my nut in lol!!

Oh my goodness, I had no idea what this was so just googled it and my 8yo DD has this...well I assume it's this going by the pics. Hers is on her upper arms, thighs and cheeks but the bumps aren't red as such. Thinking about it I think I've had it from time to time on my upper arms too.

Lucas has just recently had lots of bumps appear on the back of his hands and his shins. I am going to take him to the docs to get it checked but I wonder if it's this too?!

Well I never knew it had a name or was so common.

I have had this on my upper arms for as long as I can remember and certainly since school. It doesn't really bother me so I don't do anything about it other than massage my arms with moisturiser every night but then I do all my limbs so not specifically for this.

An complementary therapist once told me that it would help if I took a spoonful of flax or hemp oil everyday but I never really tried it.

I have noticed that Wil's upper arms have become quite rough over the last few months and I have been massaging moisturiser into them every night to try and improve the circulation to improve the skin.

wow i never knew it had a name i know a couple of people with it...think i have it on my knees, but the bumps are skin coulourd not red x
