my niece has chicken pox my question is we have been mixing with her now can we be carriers for this i only ask because we are seeing my inlaw family where they have one gracies age, twins at 10months and one of 4 weeks can we carry the virus to them im a bit worried now

have you had chickenpox already? if yes then it's unlikely but you could get shingles and then pass that on as chickenpox... but i dont know how likely that is...

Im pretty sure you cant carry it unless you have it in your system - and its the days before the spots appear that are when its contagious..so if you know you have had the pox and wont catch them then you wont spread them

thats a relief i have had them but marc hasnt so i am safe to mix with them he isnt then

Yeh Id say so - cos he may well have caught it but doesn't know yet - so best not to risk it
