argh does anyone else think kids these days are trying to grow up way way too quick?! really scary to think what it will be like when Lillies a teenager. but just seen on OH neices status that her best friend has tried to kill herself yesterday, their only 14! I read her status on FB allt he time and think god anyone think your a 20 year old. talking about going out and going on the p** & ran out of fags & other day how she wanted a baby!!! (she is NO angel! she wont speak to me no idea why but hey, my SIL is no example at all. I distance myself from them I dont agree with the way their brought up, shes out all the time& leave them to look after the youngest whislt out & wonders why her kids are off the rails.) anyways her friend got dumped by some boy or something..(which when I was 14 was an afternoon of tears then Id have a new boyfriend by the end of the day lol the little hussy I was haha) but no its I love him, we were getting married & going to move in together soon!! WTF at 14?!?! and just seen shes tried to kill herself?! shes ok I think. really upsetting to think a 14 year old thinks her life is over because of it.... Its so sad kids are trying to grow up way too quick dont you think.

Defiantly Like you..I broke up with a boyfriend it was either.."I'm so over him, friends are for life!!" and all that jazz and soon moved on. No way at 14 I was thinking about marriage, moving out or babies It is worrying though that a 14 could be getting so upset to want to end it all and not feel comfortable talking to family or friends about it

Aw thats so sad for her parents though I completely agree, I didn't have a proper boyfriend til I was 16 (and then I married him ), my step daughter is 12 and it's unbelievable how 'grown up' she is (or wants to be) it's actually very scary. xxx

it is so scarey when i look at my 11 little sister just started secondary school and she has been wearing a bit of makeup (eye shadow, mascara) for a year or so! her and her friends are more like i group of 14 - 15 year olds and i dont like it! lol! is it just me who doesnt remember being like that when you were age?! maybe its just me?! lol! i was 16 before i wore make up, was interested in boys (out of choice lol!) etc.. i just remember loving going out with friends and being a kid! having fun and not caring if my hair and make up looked ok, if my outfit matched lol! maybe i was a sad sheltered child! heehee! i find it very hard to tell the age of children these days, 11 looking 14, 14 looking 18! its nuts!!
