Im not sure I understand what you are asking?
Are you selling avon? I used to spend 2 weeks putting books out/collecting orders. Then fill out a big form with all the orders collated together (literally go through a printed 20 page form and state how many of each product I needed), leave that off at a senior avon reps house (who would then place my order). About a week later I would get a delivery to my house with what I had ordered for my personal clients, spend 1-2 days bagging up everyones orders and totalling what they ordered (minus what was out of stock etc), then go out and deliver collecting the money as I went. Once id collected the money I then had about 1 week to send the cheque to Avon for what I owed them (this was usually stated on delivery form eg I sold £120 worth of products... I owed them £90). This had to be sent before I placed next order.
I only had one visit from my avon boss before I started selling/ordering. Hope that helps. its been about 7 years since I did it so I could be out of touch. x
