My skin is really getting me down at the mo. I used to get the odd spot round me period but since coming off the pill and especially the last few months my face is covered in spots. I feel like a big ugly mess. I don't like what I see in the mirror anyway at the moment but my skin is really zapping my confidence and wearing make up just draws even more attention.

Is anyone else having problem skin at the mo. What do you use? I have tried witch hazel, tea tree and sudocrem but it doesn't seem to do the trick.

Please help as this is really getting me down
