well me and oh have decided to ttc in oct, trouble is af still hasnt shown he ugly face, iv beeen getting af pains for months and apart from a tiny bit of spotting last week...nothing...just awful pains.
im still bf oliver 1 feed a day! does it mean im not fertile as im not having af??thanx x

I honestly have no idea about BF but i was always led to believe you didnt ovulate if you didnt have AF. I could be completely wrong though Smile

Also when i decided to TTC Sam i came off the pill in July and didnt have an AF. I went to the Docs at the beginning of Oct for a smear which caused my AF to start and i got pregnant that month xxxxx

The whole BF thing seems different for everyone, some will not have a period at all until they stop, others start getting normal ones at random time.

I would go and see your GP and they might run a few tests

gemz i stopped taking the pill in january 2009 , i didnt have an af in all that time and i still got pg with ava in June i also havent had once since she was born apart from some light spotting last week.

I just had my first real AF a couple weeks ago hun. The first signs of it reappearing was spotting and cramps before that. Will warn you tho..the first one is a doozy and it literally wiped me out. Keep the tylenol/advil near by and a hot water bottle. xxx

thanx ladies, maybe af is on her way, im hoping so then at least i know whats going off with my body! theyv always been seriousley messed up anway since having leo and i still managed to catch on with oliver so im hoping it will be ok!
jen-i can tell already its not gonna be nice, im in agony at times and af isnt even here yet pale x
