Well gracie decided at 7am to wake up proper screaming which she never does, i went running in there to find that her nappy had exploded so gel everywhere, Pooed and puked she was covered from head to toe, worse bit was that the puke was all dried in her hair so i feel bad that she slept like that.

and to top it all marc just called to say he has upset tum too great looks like the bug has got to us x
