| Always had a bad back..but Jesus H Murphy..I am hurting! It's from the mid to lower and is aching and throbbing..it feels like it radiates to the front abdominal area. Not sure what I did but..it takes my breath away.  |

| hey they don't call me dr.mari for nothing  errrrrrrr wait.... apparently lying flat on the floor for 10 minutes, every hour or less with your head propped up so it is in line with your body (with books, nothing comfy of course) will help..apparently |
