| i started her off by putting it in her cheerios for a few days so she could get used to it. she's fine with it now, no probs. She is still on formula though because it has added vitamins and iron in it. Whole cows milk is best for them xx |

| Both mine have had cows milk on cereal etc since 6 months. I swapped Thomas onto cows milk in his bottles at just over 11 months. I didn't do anything special - just swapped it one day - he didn't even seem to notice. No upset tummys because he had been used to it in/on food etc. I will do the same with Hannah too. and OMG at Alfie being 1 in 5 weeks xx |

| I just swapped her mid morning bottle to cows milk, and after a few days swapped her afternoon and the morning and bedtime ones very soon after. TBH it was no big deal and I don't think ellie noticed and it didn't cause any problems with upset tummy or anything. It's so much easier. X |

| Aimee has never had cows milk, but I am looking forward to getting Lily off the expensive formula - only another 8 months to go, lol! So... do you warm it up or give it cold? x |

| I warm it up. I think it would maybe upset his stomach a little if it was cold from the fridge just before bed and also I think the nice warm milk helps him chill and get sleepy.

| ELlie will only have it warm, I put it in the microwave just til it's a bit warmer than room temp. If I'm going out I make it hot and it's cool by the time she has. It's so much cheaper and no probs if you run out as you just send oh out for it. (even ohs can't get that wrong). |

| I've not done this yet!!
Andrew is still on nutramigen as he cant stomach cows milk and he doesnt like the taste and Sophie is on SMA toddler milk. Will change when she is 2 i think.
If he has trouble changing over or doesnt like the taste then you can say make 6oz of formula and add 1 oz of cows milk to it and gradually increase the cows milk. This is what the HV has told me to do with Andrew! |
