| can be anything from blurry vision, sweaty hands, tingly hands/legs, wobbly legs, feeling sick, feeling like you cant breath, chest pain ummm lots of things! it's worth checking with your gp though cos they are also symptoms of various other things |

| could be.. i get these. not as offen as i used to.. as they just sued to start. but i have ones where like i just break out, start to shake, would start to cry, shakes would get worse n i would panic. other ones would start off as some thing would get into my head.. (like silly example some one is out side) n then i would freak out..
other ones mt breathing just goes off for some reason, i fidn it hard to breath, and to control it.. i breath more heavily n freak out coz it feels like i cant breath. it happend the other day ramdonly when i was doing my make up. x |

| I get blurry eyes, feeling I'm gonna pass out, wobbly knees, feel like my throat has closed and cant breath deeply through mouth, also like I'm in a swimming baths, the echoy sounds... I can't sit through kids school assemblies, or stand in a queue without a little voice inside popping up and saying i think I'm gonna faint, I then start getting fidgety and start to panic...

| when i have panic attacks a feeling rises up in me, almost burny and tingly, then my heart races and my breathing goes all to cock, and i start having a cold sweat.....normall at that point if anyones round me i get snappy and upset, and have to get out the situation im in, sometimes I want to be sick, or am sick......theres normally shaking and chest pain too, for me.
I feel for anyone who gets these, as I feel completely drained for a day or two after one.
If its milder than this, then normally they are anxiety attacks, but still very horrible. |

| Wow..you guys totally described them to a tee! I use to call it going - woo woo..because the beginning of them would make you feel like your head was detaching from your head..then the panic would set in..heart racing..tingling in hands legs..even my tongue felt weird sometimes..chest feeling like it would explode..shaking..just sheer terror and for ne reason. Would fight to not pass out..even tho passing out would be a good thing to reset yourself. It's a horrible feeling and I hate seeing so many ladies having to struggle thru these. My only advice is to recognize what it is..and don't let it consume you..stop them dead in their tracks. Hugs to those who battle these demons! xxxx |
