Was a bit fretful cpl days ago as monkey chops got weighed day 3 and had lost 10% body weight. She had gone from 6-5 to 5-11. As she was upper limit for loss they like i was told she didnt need to go be checked but i wasnt to let her go more n 3 hours without a feed except during night. So last 3 days she has duly been unceremoniously stripped off for a feed every 3 hours unless she wakes up beforehand which at times has taken some persuasion as the kid REALLY is very chilled out and yesterday it took me 30 mins to persuade her to wake up and latch on
Well mw came out today and clever girl has gained a ounce and a half in 2 days, shes just shy of 5-13 now so nearly 2 ounces really. And shes only having formula at her overnight feed for helping her settle so thats been on my milk for every feed bar one since yest lunchtime
