they are so noisey early hours in morning there outseide slamming doors chatting (shouting) in arabic james normally goes round to tell them to turn it down but tonight they had me lol.

ugh you may remember several angry words on this subject from me before we moved - our last neighbours cracked our ceiling at new years i wanted to f*cking murder them. we generally just phoned the police non-emergency line - they will have a polite word with them and notify their landlords if they have any. its quite civilised and better than going and hammering on their door in my opinion
