We had one but I sold it on Ebay before Christmas - it was pretty much as new! Got a great price for it, could've done you mates rates
See how she gets on with it but it didn't work for us - little man figured he could move much faster running, and spent more time inspecting it / "repairing" it / climbing on it. The few times he did have a go, it was to go backwards
They're a great size I thought -just right- but, depending on how they use it and place their feet, kiddiwink's can end up running over their toes at the back?? (If feet aren't lifted up quick enough for the next 'push' iykwim) And it can be a bit much to figure out moving AND steering (whereas other ride-ons just have a fixed handle or wheel, the handlebar on this turns the front wheel).
