| I have a joint account with Ben and it was £106 overdrawn. They have been ringing me to pay it off but i couldnt afford to do it all at once so just left it. They just rang me and refunded £82 of charges and now i only have to pay £24 to bring the account up to date  |

| God knows! They just rang as normal to see if i could pay it and she asked if my situation had changed. I explained my new situation to her and she said lets see what we can do!! She then refunded £82!! I was well chuffed lol x |
