Oooh see that complicates matters now coz if you say she never got them and they give him some sort of disciplinary action and he says he saw your MIL and she said she got them then they will know you're fibbing and give you nothing. I would go down the route of 'she didnt get them on mothers day - which is the whole point - so you want a whole new wardrobe for you and Tay as compo'

Lol well im not going to ring them, if they chase up the matter and ring me i will be honest and say what happened but im still not happy they didnt get to her when they should of and still think their 'customer service' is disgusting lol!

What sort of courier was it? I take it they were not employed directly by Next, and were somebody like DHL?
