| Yeh had everything checked, there is nothing at all wrong with me!
I tried those types a few years ago, and they make me ill as so much milk, I think the doctor said it triggered IBS or something similar :-( I wish they would work cos that would be easy! |

| my life at the moment consists of protein shakes, egg whites and one main meal (am on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet!) i was going to suggest weight gainer shakes but i see that's a no-no, so i really don't know! (and i'm dead jealous of the stuff you eat!) |

| Today iv ate (and iv gained 3lb since xmas so am eating too much!)
Bowl of cheerio's + skimmed milk
Cheese and ham pannini & sml scoop ice cream at farm
2 pieces breaded chicken and wedges. (with mayo)
Im getting hungry again now so will prob make a toasted ham sandwich in a bit.
I eat way to much bread & processed foods. I know if I cooked properly I would lose weight. I also drive everywhere. My diet of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and soup is starting on mon!
Tbh I dont think sugar in tea, full fat milk makes that much difference. Its hard to know what to suggest without eating crap like me, or frying everything. If you ate a share size bag of crisps and 1/2 packet of biscuits every night im sure you would gain... but its hardly healthy. What are your portion sizes like? Mine are huge eg if I get a pasta ready meal it shocks me because its about half the size I would serve myself if it was home made.

| Have you ever strictly kept a food diary for a full week? Im only saying because at WW it helped me see how much I was eating, and often id forgot what id ate. Maybe if you wrote it all down and calorie counted you would be surprised that some days you only eat 1500 cals, when maybe you would need 2500 consistently to gain. x

| I am classed as underweight, but nowhere near unhealthy thank goodness, it just seems to be my natural weight - doctor isn't worried, and never have been, my mum was the same at my age. I just hate it. I currently weigh 7stone 4pound, the lowest I have ever been is 7stone 2pound and the most ever when I last went on a really unhealthy diet of eating crap to gain weight I went up to just under 8 stone, but to get there was hell - egg and bacon butties for breakfast, pub lunches, pies, all sorts of stuff! Im a size 8 usually and Im 5'5" and I feel wayyyyy to thin, not just slim but skinny |

| Aww Lisa it's been annoying you for a while hasn't it.
I think you should come and live at mine for a week, I'd soon have you going up a dress size.
Today hasn't been a normal day as I've had a hangover. Tiny bowl of cocoapops with semi skimmed milk 3 sticks of celery with cottage cheese and pineapple Small bag of nik naks Shamrock pie and carrots. |

nooooooo that'll boost her metabolism more(the caffeine and taurine in it) so she'll burn calories quicker and it'll help her drop weight not gain it!lol (also a substantial part of my diet) |

| it sounds like you're just destined to be thin, the only thing i would suggest is maybe cut back on the amount of sugar, eat a lot of carbs and fibre rich foods. |

| i think caffeine can boost your metabolism - alcohol slows it down though, maybe you need to start drinking pints instead |
