What level of cover do you have, (ie how much) is it for accident sickness and unemployment or accident and sickness or unemployment only
How long do you have to be off sick/unemployed before it kicks in?
What level of sick pay do you both get if you aren't working and how long does it last for?
How long have you been in your jobs for. Do you get an enhanced redundancy package?
What sort of work do you both do?
