My brain hurts so much from thinking lol

But lillies got a britax 9mth- 4years seat, now hollie wont be long she'l be needing one.
Now do I get the next car seat up 9mth- 11yrs for lillie and hollie have lillies old one.
or

lillie can stay in her seat till shes 4 anyway she'l fit longer as shes such a short ass, and get a 0-4 yr one for hollie now as shes so blinking heavy to lug about in her car seat now hardly take it out of the car.

brain hurts, anyways mums given me money for the easter as its a waste on chocolates so Im looking and cant make my mind up!! lol other thing anyone know any deals or sales anywhere with them? looked on kiddicare seems to be the cheapest. but its the decision which one to get....grr

Thats what I did hun, at 8 1/2 months Hannah went into Thomas's 9m-4y seat and Thomas now has a group 1,2,3 seat. It also makes a little more room in the back coz Thomas' new seat isnt as bulky as the baby one.

I actually got him a mamas and papas one to start with but he figured out how to open it and I looked round one day to check my blind spot and there was Thomas standing in the middle of the back of the car affraid

We have just got him this one to replace it: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3761377.htm
it's fab and a great price too.

We were having exactly the same conversation last night, and we still haven decided what to do for the best Rolling Eyes to be fair we've probably got another 4 months before Niamh will be big enough for the 9mth to 4yr seat, I sat her in Oscars last night, there is no way she is big enough to sit in one yet, and it's a nightmare I hate her facing the back, although on the plus side, she and Oscar can see each other easier that way than they would if they were both forward facing! We've been looking at this one, halfords have a sale online and in store (online is cheaper)

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_763111_langId_-1_categoryId_165554

Mainly because it matches the one we have for Oscar, I think we will let niamh have the new seat, I have a bit of a thing about Niamh having everything passed down from Oscar and him getting the new things all the time, probably because I always had my older bro's cast off's and never had anything new myself untill I was 12 and I got my very own brand new bike, after having 3 of Dan's old ones!

Also, I can't remember the last time I took Niamh out of the car in
her car seat, we just leave it in the car and take her in and out same
as we do with Oscar, we have a base though so no messing about with
seat-belts, but I think it is much safer to have them rear facing for as
long as you possibly can, in some european conutries they have to be
rear facing unitl age 4, apperently until this age they can suffer badly
in accidents if they are forward facing.

I'd wait for a while yet if you can hun

xx

I'd do what Debs suggested tbh.
When we put Imogen in her 2nd car seat we bought one that was from 9months - 12yrs so we wouldn't have to change at 4. We're planning on buying new baby the same one.

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_499753_langId_-1_categoryId_165554

it's quite pricey but we figured over the yrs we'd get the use out of it.
