| Posted here as might get more views.
Cerys has had a temp on and off for a couple of days. Not sure why so im guessing teeth (naughty buggers). Given calpol/ibuprofen. I was watching her earlier having her lunch (stripped down to nappy). She was sort of shaking/shivering on and off. Has anyone experienced this before with a temp??? xx |

| She may have been shivering if she was stripped down to her nappy. I know when I have had a temp, that although its hot, my body still feels cold, so wrap up warm, ikywim. x |

| Yes - when I had flu I had a temp and was sweating, but I was shivering and cold! So dont take all her clothes off as that doesn't feel nice at all, just keep her in something light, cotton that she wont sweat in but wont get chilly in either |

| Its called rigoring its common in very high temps but you can get it to a lesser degree with lower temps its a temperature lowering mechanism. Dont wrap up even if you think she feels cold it will send the temp back up. Lisa has the right idea something light on her skin like a babygro will allow the temp to dissapate while preventing her temp plummeting too much. What is her temp anyway, if its well over normal that wont be teeth. If its in the 37s it prob is buyt 38 or higher sounds like a bug. |
