For the first time ever Jamie's slept for five hours yet I've spent all night waking up and feel worse than all the nights he was up every couple of hours. Why does that always happen?

I have no idea it doesn't make sense!

Charlie sleeps through most of the time but the nights I get upto him I seem more awake the next day. Drives me mad!

I rarely sleep right through the night (Wil does) and generally only get 6 hours sleep a night. The odd occasions when I sleep through or get more than 8 hours I always feel worse.

I lay in until 6.30am yesterday and I was really tired by 7pm whereas I know I will be fine today because I was up at 5am.
