Have just been watching fast food baby on iplayer and its really made me realise I need to change. Admittedly I don't eat junk all the time but am overreliant on pasta and tend to pick. I would never give Jamie junk but have decided its time to go on a diet or more accurately a healthy eating plan especially as I don't want to give Jamie my food issues. Weighed myself this morning. Have lost some weight but am embarrassed to say i'm still 14lb7. Thought if I posted here and on facebook it may help me kick my butt into gear

I watched the fast food programme the other day and was just super shocked by some of the mums! all those kid's ate more calaries a day that me and both my boys together!
