not sure which section this should be in but following on from the scrimpers post i thought it would be good to have somewhere to share our top tips !
we all have a stain we cant get out etc , maybe someone has a successful remedy from everyday products rather than buying expensive products that generally never do what it says on the tin !


1. To remove burnt on food from a saucepan just boil a cup of cola for a minute or two and it will remove the burnt on food. For very stubborn areas repeat the process.

2.Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl. Let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

3. I have not tried this yet but apparently watered down vodka in a spray bottle is fab for killing and cleaning mould and mildew

might has well pour a vodka and coke whilst doing these lol !

ooohh I like the idea of number 2 (no pun intended I assure you) as my loo never seems perfectly clean no matter how much I scrub with the loo brush

washing powder is great for cleaning things... it's abrasive and removes dirt and scum

My Top tips regarding ATM....
1)Check the ATM before using..
--Use ATMs that are in well-lit, busy areas. Preferably, use ATMs that are indoors, or in branch. Using a cash machine that is covered by CCTV is
always a good idea.
2)Protect your Pin
--Place your hand over the keypad as a shield while you input your PIN.
Don't input it if there are people too close to you. And never reveal
your PIN to anyone – not even bank staff. Fraudsters need your PIN to
get cash from an ATM with your card – so make sure you protect it.
