From within your Profile you can do a few handy things!
Friends and Foes
'Friends' allows quick access to members you often discuss and chat with
'Foes' are members whose messages will not be entirely visible and of which you will not receive any more private messages
Topic being watched
To add threads to your watch list you just need to click the button 'watch this topic for replies' which is at the bottom of every thread.
You can also delete threads from your list via your profile
Favourites
From any post you can click the Actions Button and then click favourites - this will add that # into you list in your profile
You might want to use this for a birth month thread, or a group
As well as those handy features you can do the usual tasks such as adding your avatar picture or a signature ticker
