| I thought I'd start this as a little record of stuff they learn as I don't update her memory book very often and then forget!
I can't remember further back than last night lol, so Last night and this morning her new words are:
see-saw nunu doh (playdoh)
Add yours!

Great thread Lisa. The biggest thing for Bethany in the last few weeks is that she seems to know some of her body parts - head, eyes, ears, nose, chin, tummy, fingers and toes (which she also knows as her piggies) and loves pointing them out. xx

Libby was having a bath last night and I washed her face and she said 'there it is' (her new thing) and I said what is it? and she said EYE! so I said where? so she pointed to it She was also rummaging through her drawers saying 'let's see' and she came out with Manny and Hammer yesterday too

In the last few weeks Tayla has learnt the body parts, animals and what noises they make and she does a fish face. She seems to be picking up new words everyday at the moment Her ne fav words are 'Again' and 'more' Her new thing which she is taking to the extremes is hiding...if she hears someone coming downstairs she shouts 'HIDE HIDE' and hides behind the curtains or her hands!

Thomas' most recent one is 'in there' and pointing. If you ask him where something is he points to where it is and says 'in there' - it's facinating how he knows where most things are though. Paul couldn't find the car keys earlier because I had tidied them away, I wasn't even aware of Thomas watching me but he new where they were when daddy asked where the keys were - 'in there' He also keeps pushing Hannah's bouncer chair over to me when I'm holding/feeding her and pointing at her then the chair and saying 'in there!' then taking me by the hand and leading me away to play with him xx

I wouldnt worry about him! Izzy has said a few words really well for along time - but its only recently that I can say a word to her and she repeats it back right away ..and even when I know she can say it she might not say it for ages!

Aww, this is a great thread, Its lovely hearing how all your LO's are getting on. Oliver seems to have come on leaps and bounds, it just seems to have happened all of a sudden that he know's and is aware of so much. He keeps saying 'bugger' all the time, not quite sure where he's got that one from cos we don't say it And his new one is 'boogies' He's just been getting over a cold and has dry crusties lol, so now he goes upto daddy picks his nose and says 'boogies' Am so proud He says so much now, they are all kinda one word things. Other week we were at a soft play centre and he was stood in the corner for ages, when I went over he'd spotted a 'Henry' in the corner and was saying hoooover!! (we have a Hetty and he has his own Henry ). His latest words are 'heavy' and 'keys' He's never been one for animal sounds before, although I do try..but the past week or so we've been watching Peppa pig on a morning and he snorts like a pig now, he even did the same when he watched Olivia and then went to get his toy pig and snort in my face He went through a stage of dragging or pushing us about to get us to go somewhere, but now he comes and holds your hand and takes you where ever. He looooves dancing too. Not just to ITNG but he loves the 'these boots are made for walking' on the Littlewoods ad, and some others. If he hears music he has to dance, if I sit him at the table for tea I'll pop the radio on and he does this funny shoulder shrug wiggle whilst he eats..he has to move

Me and Moo were just looking through his picture book today and he was able to point them all out, I was so proud and slightly shocked as I didn't think he could, they were all just random objects, some that I didn't think he'd even come across and he said a couple too, like car, phone, train, sky, fish etc Hehe, clever little sod
