i was 16 and a half stone with my huge chubba benjamin lol to look at me i didnt look that big at all!! :/ all baba
anyhoo i now weigh just below 15stone...so in 3 months i've lost quite a bit
i havent started dieting, but now i feel ready to
i walk everywhere and never hardly get the bus, so thats my exercise (aswell as housework!)
i've stayed @ 15 stone for a few weeks now and im getting sick of looking @ that awful number!! i was 13 stone 4 before i got pg and i would love to get back to that weight
i used to think i was fat back then and lookin at piccies now i think to myself how daft i was!! i had a fab figure lol
any ideas on food ideas that are cheap and healthy? i buy salad packs (with no dressing) stir fry veg and egg noodles, fresh chicken etc etc...i cant stand the taste of the tap water so cant drink water :/ i have lots of squash (juice) but just not water by itself will that make a difference? i work for a sports centre and im meant to be going back in januray...not that i want to!! or even think i can fathom the idea of stepping back through those doors!!
i wanna cry just thinkin about it!!
theyre all mad health freaks and if i go back with my huge thighs and massive massive love handles ((fecking disgusting lol) then im sure ppl will talk!!!
