Kayleigh: 14 stone (14.10.10) -4lb Very Happy
Kell: 10st 6lb (15.10.10) same Smile
Kenty: 11st 3lb (14.10.10) -2lb Very Happy
Laura: 10st 13lb (14.10.10) too pg to care Wink
Kinky: 15st 5lb (15.10.10)
Tara: 17st 5lb (15.10.10) same Smile
Terri: 8st 10lb (15.10.10) same Smile
Carla: 9st 4lb (15.10.10) -2lb Very Happy

So here we are ladies WEEK 1!!
Everybody seems to have done well this week so hope we all see a little improvement or at least stay the same as our bodies get used to the changes.

I think it is very hard to go cold turkey when your body/mind is used to all the good (bad) stuff. Cut down slowly - have your treats on weekend and make up for it during the week - you will slowly retrain your brain to think about everything you put in your mouth. I have got into a terrible habit of picking and snacking without even realising - I literally put things in my mouth with thinking - I the n swallow and think - DAMN!!! shouldnt have eaten/ didn't need to eat that. It becomes a habit. I also eat when Im bored - try to ocupy your self as much as possible - I'm busy throughout the day and if I get a chance to eat its a fine thing but of an evening when I've put the kids to bed and I relax I get a proper attack of the munchies Embarassed. It literally takes every ounce of will power I can muster not to get up and go to the fridge. I have found myself going to bed earlier to stop myself picking - which in itself is a good thing.

Don't berate yourself for slip ups hun, you will make yourself miserable - the fact that you feel guilty about it shows you are starting to think in the right way. I don't get out much during the week so I don't have the temptation of maccys etc and I don't buy any sweets/cakes/crisps any more so don't have the option.

I'm going to have treats on friday nights after weigh in - if I cut them out completely I will be miserable and wont keep it up. This way I have something to work for - if I lose I will feel I have earned it. Apart from my babies food is one of my biggest pleasures in life - I will not sacrifice it, I'm just gonna limit myself to once a week for the naughty stuff.

Stay strong hun - we are here to support you or tell you off if you want Wink

Thanks Debs.. I need to be told off cos its not good!! Tbh my problem isnt picking - i hardly ever pick between meals. Its laziness. It comes to dinner time and ill go in the kitchen and look around and think "ahhh i cant be bothered to make anything" Then i think ill call al the sandiwch shop at the end of the street and get a ham salad sandwich - and when i get there i see the chicken curry and its too tempting. Also my hubby is a bad eater too so he tempts me with everything.

Tea time isnt a problem - im loving my nice home cooked food. Its dinner deffo. I dont have mcdonalds often - y'day i wsa out with my aunty and cousin and they both wanted to go and i didnt have the will power to say now lol!!

Sorry ladies, i couldn't get to weight watchers this week, Matt was working away and my mum was busy and i don't drive. I doubt i would have lost though, I'm finding it hard to get back into the swing of dieting (i stopped when i got pregnant then m/c)

WELL DONE to everyone that lost though and to those that didn't ah well dieting is a long haul thing, sometimes the scales don't notice straight away, our bodies can be weird as i know i've had brilliant weeks before and put on weight then had a shit week and lost 3lb!

I'm struggling and it's getting on my nerves!
I do pick, and there is stuff here for the kids as it's half term, I've probably eaten more than then lol
I really feel Like a naughty child being told I can't have it! which then means I want it even more.
It's raining today so won't be able to get the bikes out and I have no petrol what so Eva so I can't collect the step from my sister.
I've brought loads of stir fry stuff so hoping to redeem myself by eating veg veg veg and maybe a little chicken lol

When oh moves back we are booking a holiday so I'll have something to motivate me, I'll be joining the gym as well but until then I just feel blugh about the whole thing!

Have managed to drink lots tho, suppose that's something!

Aw Kell - it must be hard having older kids around asking for treats and having to keep from pinching a few. Booking a holiday is a good motivation though hun - especially if it's going to be a beach hol - maybe buy a bikini in a size smaller than you are and leave it hanging up somewhere so everytime you go to eat something naughty you will look at it and think twice Very Happy

My motivation is my wedding next september - I need to be at my goal by then!

Does everybody else have some sort of goal to work for?

I'm getting married at the end of next year but were also trying for another baby so I'm hoping that if I lose weight now while ttc and eat healthy through out the pregnancy I wont have so much to lose to fit into my dress

Were taking Alfie on his first holiday abroad on 20th June next yr. That is my aim!!

I would like to lose 2 stone by then.

However - not gonna get there if i continue like this haha!!

anyhoo i now weigh just below 15stone...so in 3 months i've lost quite a bit Smile i havent started dieting, but now i feel ready to Smile i walk everywhere and never hardly get the bus, so thats my exercise (aswell as housework!) Laughing Laughing
i've stayed @ 15 stone for a few weeks now and im getting sick of looking @ that awful number!! i was 13 stone 4 before i got pg and i would love to get back to that weight Smile i used to think i was fat back then and lookin at piccies now i think to myself how daft i was!! i had a fab figure lol Smile
any ideas on food ideas that are cheap and healthy? i buy salad packs (with no dressing) stir fry veg and egg noodles, fresh chicken etc etc...i cant stand the taste of the tap water so cant drink water :/ i have lots of squash (juice) but just not water by itself will that make a difference? i work for a sports centre and im meant to be going back in januray...not that i want to!! or even think i can fathom the idea of stepping back through those doors!! Sad i wanna cry just thinkin about it!! Sad theyre all mad health freaks and if i go back with my huge thighs and massive massive love handles ((fecking disgusting lol) then im sure ppl will talk!!! Sad all advice would be appreciated Very Happy xxx

and ps we're all going on holiday may time ...probably blackpool cz i love it sooo much Very Happy and then a beach holiday in september so by may i want to lose a stone...and by september another stone...so 2 stone in just under a year Smile
