I lost 1 and a half lbs so I am chuffed,
13 stone 3 now, 2 more pounds til my club ten award, and 3 more for my 1 and a half stone

iv fell out with the balance board cause it says iv gained 12lb which is impossible.. my scales say iv lost 3 lb. so.. im starting again.
