Subject: Wil's friend Jamie Tue Apr 12, 2011 7:36 am
As most of you know Wil is football mad and every weekend the school field at the bottom of our road has football matches going on.
We were out for a walk on Saturday and walked along through the woods next to the school field and Wil said 'look it's Jamie' and set off towards the school field. I caught up with him and asked him 'where's Jamie?' 'Jamie plays football' was the reply. This went on over and over again until we were well away from the football field. On the way back Wil started talking about Jamie again and I had to practically drag him away from the school field.
Now the strange bit...we don't know anyone called Jamie. The boys playing football must have been age 14+ at least. OH and I put it down to Wil knowing someone through his childminder and didn't think anything of it but decided to ask her.
Even stranger...Wil's childminder doesn't know anyone called Jamie and there is not even a child Wil has contact with that has a similar name to Jamie.
I have never heard Wil say a name so clearly before, even his own name, so it isn't even as if he is saying another name and we have mishead it.
Wil's childminder is convinced it is someone Wil knew before because she is convinced he has been here before.
Weird! Might be someone from tv, altho can't think of any kids tv characters called Jamie. I like the idea of it being someone he knew before or someone just he sees. I love that kind of paranoid stuff when it's not scary. I convince myself Imogen sees my Nanna cause she always points &waves to an area in her room and says 'there!there she is!'

Ooh spooky, Chloe pointed at her bedroom wall the other day and said 'lady' so I asked where, and she pointed again, so I asked what she looked like and she said pretty, then lady gone now, bye. I do wonder can they see things we can't?
They definitely can see things we can't because we tend to tune them out as we get older because it is deemed to be 'weird' and unacceptable to see these things.
children see auras too hence why they take to some people and not others in a seemingly random way.
Wil was still talking about Jamie this evening and I plan to talk to him about him in the same way I do for any of his other friends to see where it leads.
