Hiya - Cerys usually does a 2-3 poosie's a day. well she didnt poo at all yesterday but today she really struggled to squash one out and it was quite hard. She eats lots of fresh fruit, veg and cereal. Does anyone know anything she could eat/drink that would help??

Fruit smoothies are the best at getting them to go. Just one cup of one should get things moving x

Libby had this this morning and it was awful, she was standing there saying 'bum bum' and crying because of the pain Luckily it was just the once and it seemed to 'unblock' and she went as normal. Hope Cerys is OK now? x
