Ive not had a renewal pack, but I have had a letter to they STILL haven't decided on our appeal but that pretty much the whole £700 we had since Izzy was born isn't going to be collected til they do decide. Well hurry the feck up!
They are ANNOYING!

yeah they are a pain in the arse, apparently because we had a white envelope we were allowed to do it over the phone?! who knows why, but hopefully we will get at least some of the backdated money we have been waiting for since last june.
