My head of department emailed today to say they wanted me to come in for an inset day at the start of July ready for next year. Made me realise its not that long until I go back and I'd been doing such a good job of ignoring it.

Still hubby assures me that his going to win the lottery tomorrow so I don't have to go back

Arh hun. It wont be as bad as u think my god it does go fast. Carry on ignoring hun lol. X

just stay in denial!!! that's what i did, then when it was nearly time to go back, i realised we actually couldn't afford it - we are skint but not as skint as if i went back and eli was in nursey...aw shame

Wish I was like that but unfortunately I earn more than hubby. Thinking perhaps I should pop out a couple more then we wouldn't be able to afford nursery. Mind you we also wouldn't be able to eat

Oh Hun, going back to work really isn't that bad. During the two weeks before I went back I was such wreck. You'd have thought the end if the world had been announced. My first day back was horrible as I didn't want to be there, the second was a bit better and so on. By about week 3 I actually started to like it. It's eight months since I went back now and truly enjoy my 3 days work and it makes the days that I don't work super duper special xx
