| As some of you may know, I work for an online poker site, and do some work on the support side of it.
Anyway, I have one particular IDIOT who has sent various abusive messages claiming that they have sent support tickets, where they clearly havent (we can check, so know they are lying).
So, trying to go the extra mile, I sent them a message from my work email explaining the situation and being nice. Which was met with more abuse.
I am not far away from blowing my top and giving this a-hole a piece of my mind!

| It wont be long until I do. He got banned from chat yesterday because he was being an idiot and really really abusive to the mods over there, calling them paedo's and all sorts.

| Yeah, I get paid by the hour so its not too bad.
I think I have managed to sort him out now, with a very harsh, but fair, email.
