Anyone had this after having a LO. I had spd through my preg then had awen by section. Shes 10 weeks now but last few days have had really painful coccyx when sitting or when i go to stand

i had a sore back but im sure mine was from having to be sat down for a lot of the time during bf - like all night and all day i used to get really stiff and sore - could it just be that?

do you sit comfortably when you're feeding her? I used to have lots of pains from sitting awkwardly when feeding (and generally being a lazy cow and sitting on my arse 24/7 )

Well as you know I had very bad coccyx pain before and it took quite some time to go away - in fact the only reason it doesn't cause so much issue is giving up my office job so not sat on arse 8 hours a day!

Odd thats its started now though, esp as you had C section!

Could be our sofa, we are in process of getting a new one cos this ones knackered and starting to give in when you sit on it. I dont recall knocking it and ive not been on my bum more than usual

I think my sofa was to blame too, wasn't very comfy. We've got a new one now but then again I'm back at work so not slouching about like I was before

have you tried stuffing something in the bum/lower back region? i mean...like a pillow not a suppository just so its really supported?
