I just need a bit of reassurance i suppose

the daily recommendation for E is 600 mls of stage 2 milk, we struggle to get 300 down her. she does however eat anything and everything.

should i worry and try and get more in her? i am even tempted to try a bit of cows milk through the day to get some more down her.

opinions please

I wouldnt worry, she eats enough of everything for a healthy diet, and they are only guidelines, it doesnt have to be exact xxx

Hey chick
Not to downplay your worries cos i know this does worry you but i wouldnt fret overmiuch. The main reason for the milk is calcium and iron and if she is eating cheese and leafy green veg and stuff like broccoli she will be getting what she needs. Milks becoming more of a supplement for her now to her main diet. You are doig great by her. She could teach my big un a thing or two! Id leave off the cows milk for now and keep doing what you are doing xxx
