Honeslty. Auctioned a bulky item recently. Buyer paid and I posted, got an email today asking where their item was.
Ok they paid saturday 23rd. Due to Purdy Cat dying i didnt get to pst office monday as I was fielding phone calls from my sis, had estate agent inspection and sorting out weighing clinic Monday 25th so I posted Tues 26th and my listing clearly states its a 3 day dispatch time as I know I cant make post office everyday.
Offered the byer a choice of postage options as its a bulky item and she chose standard parcels. RM website states 3+ days. So why am i getting emails asking where the item is 5 days after payment when one of those days wasnt even a working day and they requested the slowest post service, even if i had posted monday the earliest it wudda got there was today
