I ordered a keyring for my bro on ebay. I bought and paid for it on 13th Dec and its still not marked as sent out
I emailed seller 2 days ago as listing said it would be posted out the next day and have had no reply!
Just read review and apparently this seller is shite at sending stuff. Has more good than bad reviews though. Ebay said to leave it until 7th day and I can call the seller.
i don't want to call them, i hate talking on phone to people i don't know.

I wouldn't call either. I would send another chaser email then open a dispute x

It was only for about £2 odd but I paid for it straight away and I expect the seller to send my item when promised.
May send another email in the morning if I don't hear anything.
It said on the listing 'delivery 5-7 days' Fair enough but surely they won't wait 5 days to post it!

I ordered 2 things last night from other sellers and they have been posted!

You would have thought they would be on it considering the time of year. I would be mad too hun as they must know it is probably a present for someone. I'm like you though, I hate talking on the phone so would probably do what Laura said. If they post it late for no apparent reason and you don't get it intime then I would leave neg feedback but then I would also bear in mind that with the weather conditions the way they are in certain places they may be unable to get out or get to work etc. Have a look where they are based and if they can't use weather as an excuse then give them what for!

Just a thought but not everyone remembers to update ebay saying its been posted im guilty of doing it so could be on way just held up in post x
