Lewis goes to bed fine but has been waking up after half an hour to an hour crying and screaming. I have tried to settle him in his cot but he's not having it. We have tried leaving him which can take an hour before he falls asleep. if I get him out of bed and take im downstairs or into our room and wait till he has calmed down then put him back he is ok. He goes to sleep no problem for naps. Anyone have any ideas why he is doing this. I am sure H did this as well but I can't rem how old he was. Thanks x

Aimee did this too! It was at that exact same age too! Maybe its just a stage that they go through scratch.

It took us 5 days of controlled crying to sort it out.

Im not going to pretend it wasnt heartbreaking, it really was, and we both just sat here (one night with no sofa as we were waiting for our new one to be delivered) and I was having to hold James back from going to her (he is sooooo weak).

The first 3 nights were the worst, then after that the next two nights only took about 10 mins.
