| what time does your toddler go to bed at?
we have set a time for 8.30 because any earlier then hannah is bouncing off the walls and no amount of calming down time will help this. shes happy and wants to play. plus when im on a late it means I can still see her.

| lily-ann goes to bed at 7pm but lately it's been half 6 and occassionally 6pm...but that is more because she's absolutely shattered by then(she's awake half the night), rather than it being because we want her into bed that early |

| Lily goes to bed at about 8.30 - sometimes 9 if we have been out at a weekend etc.It suits us as we are not normally back from work until about 6.30 so we have time to see her. The additional bonus is that she will then stay in bed until 8.30 or 9 in the morning at the weekend so we can have a lie in |

| Chloe is a bit like Oliver, it depends what time her nap is, if it's early then anytime between 6.30 and 7.30, otherwise if it's a late nap then 8 to 8.30 |

| Amelia generally goes to bed at 8 (or rather this is when we get her ready for bed and she goes in her bed between 8:15 and 8:30) This does vary a little - if she has an early, or short nap then she'll go up between 7 and 7.30 and if she napped late then she'll go up about 8.30, sometimes 9 |

| Thomas goes to bed between 7pm and 8pm. He sleeps until between 6am and 7am. He has 2 sleeps in the day but are now trying to cut 1 out as he has started waking earlier in the mornings. He has just turned 1 so not sure if he should still be having 2 sleeps in the day x |

| excellent I was feeling like a bad mum thought she should be in bed earlier for her age. Not that I want her to go to bed. I was trying to get my oh to agree to 9pm! but we have both agreed at 8.30 and if she wants to stay up later with me on a saturday when my oh is working then she can and we can get a long lie sunday!
thanks girls

| Izzys's is 8pm, although it does vary some nights, latest really is 9pm, earliest 7.30pm
She sleeps 12 hour nights, so whatever time she gets up in the morning tends to be her bedtime, she is very accurate with her sleep requirements lol For example the mornings she is at Grannys she doesnt sleep, so she gets home here at 2pm and sleeps til 5.30pm because she missed her morning nap! So she has the same time to sleep just in one stretch. |

| Some of your toddlers sleep loads, and take long naps, you lucky cows!!! Caitlin doesnt have a strict routine but ususally goes to bed around 830-9. Latest recently would be 930 and earliest 745. She usually sleeps 10-11 hrs at night and if I put her to bed later it doesnt mean she sleeps later Wake up time is 8am ish and she usually has a 1hr nap in morning at no set time, just when she gets grumpy. Quite often she doesnt nap in afternoon at all, sometimes she'l take another hr at around 3-4pm. X |

| yeh snoopy same here. doesnt matter what time hannah goes to bed shes up at 7am and hannah doesnt nap much for me either. I think they have lie down time in nursery and if she doesnt sleep she will still lie in her little sleeping bag and relax for half an hour.
