I'm sure I have this in a book somewhere but can't find it (damn babyproofing - I packed everything away). Anyway how much salt is a baby allowed a day. I was thinking about making some pizza for him and wasn't sure if I'd be able to buy the pizza bases or needed to make it complelely from scratch

i vaguely think its less than 1gram - the cheese is probably quite salty but you could check that out easily. not 100% sure though so worth googling it!

For some reason I forgot about google. I was thinking if I made it myself I could have barely any cheese and lots of veg. Just didn't fancy making the base
