ok sorry im havin a dumb moment when do i need to put caitlins name down for school? and how do i go about it?

im guessing its not as easy as nursery

i have no idea, i am confused about nurseries, preschools, schools...i think i might just homeschool

I thought schools were easier to arrange than nursery. As far as I'm aware you get sent the forms from the council in the autumn term the year before they are due to go to school. Caitlin will be going to school Sept 2013 so you look at schools around autumn 2012, although she should automatically have a place at the school within your catchment area (you still need to fill in forms though to say you want her to attend that school)

ring your local council and they will tell you exactly what to do hun,
