When I started Slimming world in may/June I was a 26 and they were tight Embarassed

But now I'm in a 22 and they are falling down lol. Ideally I want to lose another 7 stone and get down to a size 14. I'd be very happy then xx

I'm a 12 top and 14 bottom but look bigger as I'm so short 5ft 4, want to get down to a 12 bottom, will never be smaller on my top on account of my massive boobs

I'm a 16 - I got down to a small 14 just before I got married 2 years ago and I got into some 12's and I'd like to be that size again...please??

My biggest motivator was buying a wedding dress in a size 14 so I HAD to lose weight!! It was tense up to the final fitting!! LOL

well, i'm currently a size 14 ontop and a size 16 on bottom, but in dresses i can easily wear a 14...think dresses have more space lol
the smallest ive ever been is a size 12 on bottom (HUGE HIPS!!) and a 6 on top Laughing

i'd be happy to be a 14 all over, i think with my tall, stocky frame i'd look ill if i got any smaller than that, and for me (obsessed with how fat i look!!) that's a great move Very Happy

i'd love to maintain this weight until the wedding, maybe a few more lbs?! Smile

then lose another stone in time for xmas Very Happy

Hey,
I currently a 12-14, and at my biggest I was a 16-18
I am happy with how I look at the moment but I willbe even happier when I can fit comfortably into a size 12 pair of jeans.
I just want to be at a size that I dont feel too fat and isnt to hard to maintain lol

A couple of months ago I was a 16. I havent tried clothes on in aggggeeesss but im going for a 12 at the end of next week so im hoping ill fit into it. Its hard work, clean eating and bootcamp 3 times a week but i bloody love it! this month has been one of the best of my life with regards to how i feel about myself. im aiming for a size 8/10. im 5"3.5 x

Oh my god, I need to get myself on a frickin diet....im a 14 on top and a 16 on the bottom, but have put on half a stone since coming back out of hospital! need to get some weight shifted, but the difficult thing for me is other than walking I can't actually do any exercise until 6 months post op, which is another 3 months yet! Tried Zumba on the Wii the other week and pulled all my side!

Well at the moment an 18 is too small but a 20 too big Embarassed

I'd like to be a size 8. However I have to starve myself to get there and have come far enough that when I look at photos of me that size I can see I look really ill. Still can't get it out of my head as my ideal size though.

I think the size my body naturally falls at and is happiest at is a 12

Don't do it. Its not worth it in the long run. I ended up with an infection after I had my appendix out and had an open wound for months. I was told not to exercise but started before they said I could. Even now, 6 years later, my right leg really aches if I do too much and it never did before

Im 5-3. Started my diet wearin a 22-24 though im not easy to gauge as i cant abide my clothes constricting me so I buy bigger so they will fit loose so perhaps I was a 22. The other night I went out in a size 20 pair of trousers and a size 18 top which were comfortably loose on me. At my smallest ive been a 12-14 which is my aim again. Ive never cared about being a 10 or less and dont think it would suit me anyway especially as, to be a 10 id have to be smaller so I could wear it the way I like it. Im actually just chuffed that after 6 weeks of SW im wearing button up trousers for the 1st time in a year Smile

im 18 top n 20 bottom.

smallest i have ever been is a 14 and that suited me well so i wouldnt want to be smaller then that.

Kenty are you serious you wanna be a 4? Yeh some places do size 4, gotta point out that's the American size 0. Is that a healthy weight for you? Just wondered!

Isn't it amazing tho that no one is actually happy with their figure now! Even at or very close to goal there's still more work to be done.

i want to be a size 4 and if i ever was i'd be happy(or i think i would!lol) but i am realistic enough to know that 6 is my lowest(am a 6-8now) so i'm happier to just try to maintain that and tone up....and it doesn't help that not many places stock size 6...let alone size 4!

I'm a top end 14 at the minute and I hate it. I think I will soon be a 16. I'm 5ft8inches. I want to be a comfortable size 12. I did it after my third baby but i'm really struggling at the moment. I have no boobs so haven't got the excuse of squashing them into a top.

This post just proves how 'normal' we all are, and i think we always look at others as being much smaller than we are.

I am 5ft 7 and a size 10-12, i am about 7lbs more than my comfortable weight at the moment, but would love to lose 10-12lbs and be very comfy in my 10's. I feel quite down about my weight atm and wish i could get past it x
