Were taking Chloe to the cinema tomorrow as they do a kids screening Sunday morning that only costs £5 for the three of us, but she's not been since she was a baby and am wondering whether she will sit still. Has anyone else taken a toddler and how was it?

It always depends on the movie, if they into it, they will be great, if not into it then they become restless. Have fun and kids screenings are always noisy

I took my nephew once but he was about 4 at the time. He actually did quite well. I should imagine that a kids session is going to be roudy anyway I've never actually thought of taking moo to the cinema just cos when were at home hes fine for he 1st half hour of a movie but then he's off doing something else I think cinema surroundings will be different though. I hope she enjoys it. What you going to see?

Ah well guess there's only 1 way to find out, I'm not bothered if she makes noise tbh, were off to see Kung Fu panda 2, will let you know how it goes, she's usually good and will sit and watch a DVD so hopefully she will be ok

Im sure itll be fine, Ellie can't sit still long enough to watch the telly but Im sure other children would be much better behaved. Let us know how you get on.

We took Immi to the cinema after the Brum night out and I was thinking it was going to be a bit of a drama but she was so good. We took her in the pushchair and she didn't even try to struggle to get out. She was completely enthralled. We didn't take her to see a kids film though, I don't know if they would excite her more? I was talking to some friends tho and they said they went to see Cars 2 recently and apparently there were kids running round and crying and no one cared so it made me feel better about taking Immi again (i wonder if our experience was a one off)

Well it went really well, she was fascinated by it and sat still and watched the whole film, we bought her her own pot of pic n mix and she was quite happy sat in the middle of us eating them and watching, she did shout out a lot as she was getting excited but there were lots of kids making noise so it was fine. She got a bit sleepy towards the end but it was much easier than I thought
