We did our renewal over the phone, on deadline day
They said it was sorted but we haven't had anything.
We had 2 letters about last years overpayment but no letter saying if we are getting any WTC or CB as have no monies either
Anyone else had the same or should I just assume we are not entitled anymore???

I would call up and ask hun. we stopped getting wtc but they.didn't say any thing about stopping it in the letters. they just stopped it x

Have you paid the overpayment yet? If not then thats possibly why they stopped...thats what they did when they said we were over paid ( we weren't though it was their cockup...they basically stopped payments until what you would have got covers the over payment)

I did mine on the phone a cpl of days before the deadline at end of July. I havent received any letters either, and as far as I know my payments havent stopped - im woeful and only check the bank statements once a month.

I rang last week to adjust TC as Im now working and they never mentioned anything was odd in me not getting previous renewal letter yet. I think in July they said it could take 8 weeks to sort out renewal so im not panicking until end of Sept.

Its odd your payments have stopped but, usually they continue to pay you until your renewal amounts are sorted.

i did mine on deadline day too and got my my new tc award a few weeks ago x

Strange. We were being paid £100 WTC a week for about a month or 2 then it was cut down to £10 a week so should be cleared by now x Will wait for a bank statement then call TC line if no monies have gone in x

i remember i had this trouble last year actually come to think of it...cant remember why but i rung them and i was being paid again after about 2 weeks x
