| Our youngest wakes once a night for seemingly no reason. My eldest is two and a half and has gotten a lot better. Our youngest who is 17 months seemingly wakes for no reason. We've tried controlled crying and she goes for three to four hours screaming. You have my sympathy x |

| Fortunately i'm blessed with an amazing sleeper. Alfie takes himself off up to bed on a night about quarter to 7 and cries at his cot to be in and is there till about 6.30 / 7 the next morning. I hope you manage to get things sorted soon tho hun cos i know how awful sleepless nights can be. X |

| Luckily, like others, Sophia is pretty good now in her own bed. However, when we have stayed at other people's houses, she has got up a few times just after i have put her to bed and I just did the super nanny thing of each tiem she got up, first saying goodnight Sophia and putting her in bed, then goodnight, then just putting her to bed with no words each time after, that she got out of bed. After 6 or seven times in total on each occaosion, she stayed in bed and was asleep a few minutes later.
Not sure if will help, but might be worth a try. Maybe start by waiting outside so can minimise the door slamming then as she gets used to the idea, crrep further down the stairs.
HTH, sorry if no help,
MAndy xx |
