| Lol nosey.
I bought ready made pastry and rolled it out and baked it a Little. Then I used 250ml milk, 3 eggs and mixed together then seasoned. I fried 6 rashers off bacon then let them cool then cur into little peices. Chopped up some spring onion sprinkle the spring onion and bacon in the dish on top of the pastry. Mixed in 3'table spoons of grated cheese into the egg/milk mix then poured in into the base. Then cook on gas Mark 6/200 for 20 mins until set and Pastry is golden |

| haha I do quiche all the time its loooovely. If you do 3 eggs to 240ml of "liquid" (that can be all cream or all milk or a mixture - I do 120ml milk 120ml cream) and then whatever filling you fancy.
I normally to cheese and onion so just 500g of onions fried slowly in butter and about 120g of cheese. nom nom. |
